Since Tesla Version 9.0 is a major software update for the entire Tesla vehicle fleet — extensive re-testing of the existing and new features is ongoing by the owners and enthusiasts. Brian from the i1Tesla YouTube channel was able to get the V9 update about a week ago and did some important tests like the ‘Autopilot’ behavior and ‘Autopark’ after the latest update (videos below). ‘Autopark’ feature was first introduced last year with the. Brian’s was able to do the perpendicular autopark with landscaping on the left and vehicles parked on the right, but while reversing the Model 3 got very close to the parked vehicle and in the end it didn’t park fully straight, maybe the vehicle was trying to avoid the landscaping more. Tesla is also deploying sub-versions of the V9 update which started from Firmware update 2018.39.0 and within a week or so has reached 2018.39.7 — so we should be able to see extensive improvements in the Autopilot side of the Version 9.0 update within coming weeks. ‘‘ is another feature that is due in a few weeks or coming months which was initially part of the rollout but eventually Tesla and k had to put it on hold for further testing and improvements. This means that the ‘Autopilot for V9’ is still improving and owners should be extra-alert when using the feature with the latest update until it gets stabilized.
Let’s watch how Autopilot performs on a Tesla Model 3 with V9 update.

Over 4-year-old flagship from Google is still a very efficient device and allows you to launch the latest games from 2018 years. After upgrading to Android 8.1, Nexus 5 is one of the more interesting phone on the aftermarket, and in the price range from £90 for a 16GB model is unmatched among other devices. Completing this project and building a site absorbed a lot of my time. I plan to share updates on a regular basis until August 2019, then Google will end support for ARM apps and force the transition to ARM64, which Nexus 5 doesn’t support. In this way, after almost 6 years on the market, the Nexus 5 will go into well-deserved retirement.
Hello thank you for providing the pie rom for nexus 5, this rom works flawlessly with nexus 5. I just have a problem with app which is not properly working on this rom in my case, its the jio4gvoice app which is having connectivity issues, link-i would also recommend you to consider checking this link out please-how can this be fixed? I have figured out the solution for “Google Play Services keep stopping” error.
Its the issue with “Find my Device” under device management. 1) After flashing the Rom, go to Settings - Apps & Notifications - search for Google Play Services. You should see the buttons disabled and no other option to uninstall the updates.
2) Then go to Settings - Security & Location - Device Admin Apps and most importantly disable “Find my Device” app from the list. 3) Now repeat step 1 and you should see the buttons enabled for Google Play Services. Click on the three dots on the top right corner and uninstall updates. 4) Let the device be connected to wifi and the app should auto update itself.
5) Now install “Wear OS” or any other app which throws the error in context and you are good to go. 6) The Disabled app list from step 2 should auto update and enable themselves after the play services update.
Hi FirstEver, Many thanks for providing this custom ROM. It’s nice to breathe in some new life into this phone, especially since Google is not updating it anymore. I installed the ROM and want to share the experience. I would appreciate if you have any feedback on the below. What’s working: – wifi – mobile data – GPS – calls and text messages – bluetooth and bluetooth audio – night mode – flashlight – normal photos, video recording, camera flash – wireless charging – root with Magisk What’s not working: – Google searchbox (not that I am using it) – clock settings in screen saver setup – camera features – photosphere, panorama, lens blur, HDR (a bit hard to swallow ? ) – screen rotation – app screen is a bit laggy Big wins: – Free space. It’s taking less space than Android 6. I have the 16 GB version and with Android 6 I had less than 3 GB free (after installing all apps I usually use and uploading music and stuff).
With Android 9 I now have at least 6.5 GB free space. – Battery life. The very first days I had the phone, it lost about 4% battery overnight which was awesome.
Then it fluctuated as some updates caused it to drain more battery, then other updates fixed that. Generally if it lost 10% overnight I’d be happy but with some recent updates in started losing 25%+ which is not great. I installed Android 9, installed all apps I usually use and charged it fully. On the next day it had dropped by only 5%! And after a full day’s worth of moderate use, it is now at 72%. Happy holidays ?.
First I’d like to thank you for this amazing ROM. It’s great how people like you work hard to keep Nexus 5 alive. Thanks a lot ? Now, I hope you can help me. I really doubt my issue has anything to do with your ROM, but I read somewhere in this site that you are good making things work. My WiFi can’t get to connect properly.
When I get it to connect to some network, it only lasts a few minutes, then it turns off. Usually I can turn it back on, but if I use the connection it restarts the launcher, and when it’s back on, WiFi cannot be turned on. I’ve tried some fixes I found on XDA and other sites, primarily involving files in /persist and /data/misc/wifi folders, but this fixes are not designed for Nexus 5 nor for your ROM. Any help would be strongly appreciated. Thanks in advance ?.
